Description
The UDT Series of 8/12 stations Automated Dissolution Tester is the newest apparatus for dissolution testing required by USP. This 8/12-position dissolution tester is designed for smooth operation and built to operate continuously. There 8/12 vessels for the samples, the additional 2L water jacket beaker can be used media replacement.
The built-in heater circulator saves bench space. There are electronic controls for sampling probe positions in different media volume sampling. Paddle and basket heights are set electronically. The no-vibration and self-calibrating design ensure all tablets dissolve at their actual speed and the same temperature.
The acid-resistant vessel plate and height adjustable platform seals the water tank to limit evaporation.
Several options are available with the UDT seriesincluding an automatic sampling manifold to link the instrument with other instruments such as UV or HPLC systems or syringes for manual sampling, a tablet-dropping tray, a built-in accessories box and an external printer.
UDT serires performance exceeds the requirements of USP, BP, EP, and JP.
